I started building acoustic guitars because of a love of fine woodworking, curiosity, and a desire to own a guitar that looked, sounded, and played exactly the way I wanted. I was tired of sifting though a hundred “high end” assembly line guitars at big box retailers to find one standout guitar. After finishing law school in 2009, I began researching and studying acoustic guitar design and construction. In 2010, I built my first handcrafted acoustic guitar. That first guitar sounded fantastic and played wonderfully, but the fit and finish was not perfect. So I built another, and another after that . . . and so on and so forth. This elusive pursuit of perfection continues to be a driving force. Today, I build exceptional guitars that look as wonderful as they sound and play.

I practice law by day and build fine guitars by night. Accordingly, I produce only a few guitars per year, and my wait list is, at times, lengthy.
